Sriracha has been all the rage lately, same with eating healthier and less meat in your diet. This pasta dish is the right amount of spicy and mild for a combination that will make your guest beg for your recipe.

Your prep will be about time 5 minutes, cook time 13 minutes, for a total time of 18 minutes. This Serves 8 people, or 2 depending on how much you eat. This is a very easy recipe. For the ingredients, you will need 3 pieces of frozen Quorn Meatless chicken patties, 1 cup of Sir Kensingtons Sriracha Mayo, and one box of pasta.

Bring your water to a boil, cook the whole box of pasta for 11-13 minutes. During this time prep your other ingredients. Microwave “chicken” patties for about 3-6 minutes. If they are still hard in the center, microwave at 30 second increments. Dice your chicken into small cubes.

The diced chicken can be roughly diced. Use a colander to drain your pasta. Add ice cubes to stop the cooking process, this is significant in the idea that the pasta will go mushy otherwise . Then strain again with cold water. Mix 1 cup of Sriracha mayo. Combine sauce with pasta evenly. Top pasta with chicken. Bon Appétit.
