How to Make a Peanut Butter Microwave Brownie in a Mug

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at GSU chapter.

The worst thing about making desserts for me as a child was that I was going to have to share them. That’s probably the only child in me, but after starting college I’ve found the perfect solution – a microwave brownie in a mug.

So here is a recipe to satisfy those late-night sweet cravings that only gets one dish dirty and takes only 6 minutes before you can chow down. All you need is a microwave, a mug, and some basic ingredients so it’s the perfect dessert for the dorm life kids among us. With this recipe even the most unexperienced chef can master the mug meal.
