The Easiest Dessert: No Bake Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake!

We’ve all been there: its 4 pm, you’re not hungry but you just want some sweet snack. Or you’ve tried your hand at baking a couple of times but just didn’t get the hang of it. Whether you’re an expert baker or someone who burns milk, this recipe will be a cakewalk for you. And the end result? Lots of strawberry oreo cheesecake to keep you and your friends happy!

No Bake Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake

    Crush the strawberry oreo till they have a crumbly texture. Mix the crushed oreo and melted butter, turn this mixture into a cake mould and press it to even the base. Chill this in the freezer.

    Whisk your whipped cream and keep it aside in the refrigerator. Now whisk the cream cheese and icing sugar until fluffy, add vanilla essence, strawberry jam and mix them together. Then slowly mix the whipped cream. Add oreo pieces and fresh strawberry to the mixture.

  3. Pour the above mixture onto the base. Use a spatula to even the cream mixture. Chill this in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

    Now that the cheesecake is set, take it out of the mould it. Add strawberry sauce and chopped strawberry on top.
