P.S.: This recipe uses ghee, but you can use regular butter as an alternative. 

Pecans n’ Cream French Toast

    Make the pecan syrup: chop the pecans and let them soak in the sugar-free syrup with the teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice for 5 minutes. Then, turn on the stove to low heat and let the pecans cook for 10 minutes before setting aside.

    Prepare the french toast: mix together the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and soak the 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

    Grease non-stick pan with ghee and cook on medium heat each toast for 5 minutes (about 2 minutes each side) or until desired texture.
