How to Make Cheesy Broccoli Tots

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at FSU chapter.

I love broccoli in any form. I will take it as simple as can be— whether it is steamed, roasted, sautéed or raw. Thanks to these cheesy broccoli tots, however, I am now a fan of hyping it up and completely overriding the whole vegetable concept of broccoli. You can switch out the types of cheese and breadcrumbs you use each time you make these to suit your taste.

Scoop out coated broccoli and roll into balls with your hands. Place each ball onto the baking sheet.

#SpoonTip: if your mixture is not sticking together, place it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes and then roll it.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place the tots back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
