Your Friends Will Never Know These ‘Pumpkin Pies’ Are Made Out of Cheese

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Fordham chapter.

In need of an April Fools’ treat to stump your friends and family? Try out these easy pumpkin pie imposters. It’s a new spin on your typical cheese platter, but they taste as good as they look.

Inspired by the mini-food trend, I thought it would be a fun idea to incorporate one of my favorite desserts into something savory. And with April 1st coming up, I know I will use these treats to fool anyone looking at them. The great thing about them is that they do not require any cooking, so it is easy to do in a short amount of time if you are still searching for that perfect joke.
