If you thought Micheal Phelps was the true GOAT, you’ve never tasted this fudge before. We usually think of Fluffernutter as a combination of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff on a sandwich, but get ready to totally blow your mind when these flavors turn into an irresistible gooey fudge. 

Let me warn you in advance you might go into utter shock once you taste this perfect mixture of salty and sweet. Also for those of you who don’t like using the oven, this microwave Fluffernutter fudge recipe only requires a microwave!

    Microwave 1/2 stick of butter for 30 sec.

    To the butter, add powdered sugar, and mix.

    Add marshmallows and peanut butter. Microwave for 90 sec, stirring every 30 sec.

    Pour mixture and chill for 30 min.

    While mixture sets, make chocolate topping. Microwave 1/2 stick of butter for 30 sec.

    To the butter, add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Microwave 90 sec, stirring every 30 sec.

    Pour chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture, and chill for 30 min.
