Break apart the chocolate and microwave it for one minute.
Add the hot chocolate mix and sugar to the melted chocolate, stirring constantly then place it in the microwave at 30 seconds to melt.
Add milk and stir until completely combined. Then add ice to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into cup, add whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
