Criminal Minds is one of the best crime shows on television and it leaves me on the edge of my seat every episode. One major reason is because it makes you care so much about the characters. Oh, and I can’t help but fall in love with Derek Morgan every time he comes on screen. That’s why I’ve reimagined the characters of Criminal Minds as delicious desserts. Naturally.
Derek Morgan: Chocolate-Covered Strawberry

Need I say more? Derek is my favorite character on Criminal Minds since he is sexy, strong, and brave. His charm and killer smile have us ladies swooning every time. He is sexy like a chocolate-covered strawberry.

Aaron Hotchner: Coffee

Hotch. The main character and leader of the BAU. He is often characterized as having little emotion and never smiles unless he is with his son Jack. Coffee is this man’s dessert because it’s not really a dessert at all. It just gets the job done like he does.

Everyone loves J.J. since she is warm and bubbly, so she would have to be everyone’s favorite: a chocolate chip right out of the oven. She knows how to comfort people in their time of need just like a cookie does when you’re feeling sad or need a little extra pick-me-up.

There’s nothing this proud Italian loves more than his Italian roots, as he loves cooking pasta for his fellow agents. Rossi would be an Italian biscotti. Biscotti are the perfect pairing with an Italian coffee or cappuccino, something our fellow Italiano loves as well.

Spencer Reid: Fruit Salad

I love everything about this cutie, especially his hair. He may be a little awkward, but he is a genius and you can’t help but be jealous of his super brain. Reid would have to be a fruit salad because I don’t even know if he likes sweets. He probably knows all the health effects about every single one. The fruit salad has a little bit of everything, just like him.

Emily is the mystery girl in the first few seasons of Criminal Minds. Upon meeting her, you think she is an average woman, like a chocolate chip cookie. Then you learn about her mysterious past and find out her life is a bit outrageous like these Nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookies.
