How to Make Edible S’mores Cookie Dough

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Emory chapter.

It is almost impossible to not take a bite of the raw cookie dough when you bake cookies. Everyone loves it. But, I always wondered if there was a way to make cookies where the dough was edible.

One time, my friends ordered me Do, a brand of edible cookie dough and it was amazing. This inspired me to put together a recipe for edible cookie dough. I recently tried changing it up a little bit, and I made edible S’mores Cookie Dough. The combination of the s’more and chocolate chip cookie actually turned out to be extremely delicious.
