When I was younger, I liked to pretend I was a 5-star chef. Of course, I did the thing every child seems to do where they put a pot on their head and parade around with a bowl and mixing spoon, but I would also help my Mom complete simple recipes, such as pizza.
Little pizzas on English muffins were one of my favorite things to make mainly because they were so easy that I was able to actually help instead of just holding the ingredients.
I was sitting at home over this past spring break, craving pizza and not wanting to order any (ballin’ on a college budget) when this idea popped into my head. And thus, the greatest pizza recipe you’ll ever find was born.
Garlic Bread Pizza
Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the garlic bread on a cookie sheet, evenly spaced.
Add a little bit of pizza sauce to each slice of bread, making sure it is enough to cover the entire side.
Sprinkle as much cheese as you would like onto the garlic bread slices.
Top with pepperoni.
#SpoonTip: You can use whatever pizza toppings you desire.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven and let the pizzas cook for 5-7 minutes.
#SpoonTip: If you like the edges of bread to be crispier, you should bake them for 7-8 minutes.
Take them out of oven, let them cool, and enjoy!
