This Garlic Bread Pizza Is the Ultimate Late-Night Hybrid

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Elon chapter.

When I was younger, I liked to pretend I was a 5-star chef. Of course, I did the thing every child seems to do where they put a pot on their head and parade around with a bowl and mixing spoon, but I would also help my Mom complete simple recipes, such as pizza.

Little pizzas on English muffins were one of my favorite things to make mainly because they were so easy that I was able to actually help instead of just holding the ingredients.

I was sitting at home over this past spring break, craving pizza and not wanting to order any (ballin’ on a college budget) when this idea popped into my head. And thus, the greatest pizza recipe you’ll ever find was born.
