4 Easy Desserts You Can Make in Your Microwave

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Elon chapter.

This is where that ballin’ on a budget college ingenuity comes into play and you have to get crafty.

Through many tears, burnt marshmallows and apples, and small explosions, I have perfected four, easy breezy microwavable desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth with minimal effort.

I'm a girl who loves to exercise, eat, bake, read and online shop. I come from a family where food is seen as a a positive and enjoyable aspect of life and I think it's a great relationship builder. I have been writing ever since I was little and am now concentrating on that for my major. I'm very dedicated to my schoolwork, but can manage my time pretty well.  I love spending time with my friends and being outdoors and I follow way too many food accounts on Instagram. I'm also so excited to be working with Spoon and being able to develop and work on my writing in such a fun and creative way!
