Roasted Pumpkin Seeds In 3 Easy Steps

You just went crazy with one of these 55 seasonal squash recipes. You’ve discovered the latest healthy, allergy-friendly, gourmet snack and want to give it a go yourself. Or, you’re like me, and you’ve just always wondered how to make this icon of a fall snack. Pumpkin seeds are healthy, satisfying, and fun. So, how easy are they to make, really?

Turns out, very easy. Follow these 3 simple steps and you’ll be munching on roasted pumpkin seeds in no time:

Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 21 minutes

Servings: 5

Ingredients:

Pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon salt
Olive oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Meanwhile, rinse pumpkin seeds.

2. Boil in salt water for about 10 minutes.

3. Drain, spread onto a baking sheet and drizzle with some nice olive oil. Stick in oven and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
