No Disneyland trip is complete without having at least one of their amazing churros. They are seriously delicious, and because they’re sold by basically every single vendor, you almost never have to wait in line to get one. They come in a wide range of flavors, from chocolate to strawberry rose gold. Some of the special flavors even have unique dipping sauces, like a “Coco” inspired churro that comes with a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce. But all of these epic flavors can make it hard to choose which churros to try. To help you maximize your dining experience at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, here are the best flavored Disney churros you can enjoy at the parks.
1. Pineapple Marshmallow Churro
The pineapple churros are for sure one to throw on your ‘gram. Located exclusively at Disneyland, these pineapple-flavored delights are covered in sparkling sugar and come with marshmallow dipping sauce. While you might be hesitant to combine pineapple with marshmallow, Disney bloggers have been reporting they actually go pretty well together. They can be found at the churro cart near Sleeping Beauty’s castle.
2. Galactic Churro
This churro is the original cinnamon flavor, but coated with purple and black sugar to make it look out of this world pretty. It’s also covered in silver and pink little stars! Go to the Collector’s Warehouse in California Adventure to try a spacey twist on the classic Disney churro.
3. Cocoa Churro
Inspired by Disney Pixar’s animated film “Coco,” Disneyland offers a churro coated in chocolate powder and cinnamon sugar. It comes with Mexican chocolate dipping sauce that will make your already great churro taste even better. Find it near Frontierland.
4. S’mores Churro
The Disney churro version of the classic campfire treat can be found near Splash Mountain. It’s coated in graham cracker bits and can be dipped into a marshmallow dipping sauce mixed with chocolate.
5. Lemon Churro
Stop by Main Street in Disneyland to try this “Up”-inspired churro. In addition to the lemon-flavored churro being coated in lemon sugar, the churro is also covered in fruity cereal bits. So if you liked Fruity Pebbles as a kid, you’ll probably love this sugary snack.
6. Carrot Cake Churro
This is definitely a more decadent Disney churro flavor. Covered in orange cinnamon sugar, this churro comes with a raisin and carrot cream cheese dipping sauce. So if you’re looking to try something extra sweet, definitely go to New Orleans square to give this one a try.
7. Racer Churros
Found in Cars Land at the Cozy Cone Motel, these Disney churros come in three different colors. Every churro is covered in colored sugar and edible glitter. It’s even got little star sprinkles to make it extra sparkly.
8. Ants on a Log Churro
Coated in donut icing and covered in cocoa cereal, this is truly a unique churro. Satisfy your sweet tooth with this one at A Bug’s Land.
9. Strawberry Churro
This Strawberry Churro is seriously so pretty. Coated in strawberry sugar, this churro has a more fruity and sweet taste. Try it at the churro cart in Tomorrowland.
10. Señor Buzz Churros
Like the Strawberry churro, this treat is a bright red. But rather than offer a fruity flavor, this churro is spicy and tastes similar to Red Hots. Within Toy Story Boardwalk, you’ll find these spicy cinnamon coated churros.
When visiting Disneyland, there’s a lot to see and a lot to do. But, you should make snacking a priority. There aren’t many places in the world where you can eat 10+ different types of churros, so take advantage and eat a few churros to get the full magical experience.
