This treat will be in season and complement your winter meals with the tastes of cranberries, pistachios, and white chocolate all combined in little tasty cubes of pure joy.
Cranberry Pistachio White Fudge

Pour condensed milk into a medium-sized pot over low heat.
Add white chocolate chips to the pot with the condensed milk.
Stir the combined condensed milk and chocolate continuously until melted and thick.
Take the pot off heat when the fudge becomes thick and smooth. Add dried cranberries and stir immediately.
Add salt and vanilla extract, stir.
Add shelled pistachios, stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pour fudge into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Using a rubber spatula, spread the fudge evenly throughout the baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Let the fudge chill for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until it is hard, but still can be sliced.
Slice fudge into small squares.
Serve and eat until you can’t move.
