If you’ve ever wanted to bring a pack of Oreos to a party or potluck but thought they might come off too blasé, try dressing them up in tiny suits. The addition of coconut oil allows the melted chocolate to harden faster and retain its shape once you’ve dipped your Oreo, and the milk chocolate/white chocolate combo makes the finished tuxedo Oreos even more irresistible.
Here’s how you can make these adorable tuxedo Oreos in just 10 minutes.
Tuxedo Oreos
Ingredients
Instructions
Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls for 1 minute on high.
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to each bowl of melted chocolate and stir to combine.
Dip an Oreo in the white chocolate, then freeze for 10 minutes (or until the chocolate has hardened).
Dip one half of the white-chocolate covered Oreo in milk chocolate, and then dip the other half, leaving a small V of white chocolate still showing.
Decorate the white space on your Oreo with a bow tie and some buttons, using a chopstick dipped in milk chocolate.
