Bacon is bae and deserves to be featured in the snacks and desserts you make, and not just limited to breakfast time. This recipe requires a whole pound of bacon — if you’re a devout bacon-eater, you may want to go up to a pound and a half — so don’t worry, you’ll get your bacon fix. And paired with your bacon is sugar in the form of caramel and maple syrup — what more could you ask from a dessert?

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray to cover entirely.
Line the entire bottom of the sheet with Saltine crackers — 48 crackers will fit perfectly if using 9×13 pan.
Cook bacon over stove top until it is brown but not completely cooked.
Place bacon on paper towel lined plate to remove fat.
Combine butter and brown sugar in sauce pan.
Allow butter and sugar to melt over medium heat, then stir caramel constantly for 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle the caramel over Saltine crackers and spread evenly so all the crackers are covered.
Chop up bacon and spread over caramel.
Drizzle maple syrup over.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Allow time to cool before enjoying.
