Lemons are a secret superfood. That doesn’t mean you should start guzzling gallon after gallon of lemonade, but it does mean that you should incorporate more lemon juice into your diet. Lemons contain vitamin C, which is wonderful for your immune system, and are extremely alkalizing. Pair them with apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a sweetener, and you’ve got a hardcore immunity tonic that will jump start your immune system.
