Hong Kong McDonald’s Has an Entire Menu Dedicated to Oreos and We’re Mad Jealous

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Denison chapter.

Okay, okay, okay. If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you’re a McDonald’s or Oreos fiend. If not, you at least have to be intrigued, am I right? Anyways, Mickey D’s lovers halfway across the globe — in Hong Kong — are one of the lucky few who have these exclusive Oreo additions to their menu. I’m talking a McCafe X Oreo menu. I’m talking Oreos for breakfast, and it’s amazing. So, just to make you a little more jealous, we’re breaking down the MVPs of this menu — get ready to drool.

From Oreoccinos to Oreo Tiramisu, all your Oreo dreams are about to come true. But, likewise, there’s a catch. It’ll cost you a quick hop across the globe to get your hands on these sweet treats. All takes on classic McCafé items, your favorite coffee drinks are all topped off with a generous amount of crushed Oreo cookies, so — you know they have to be good.

This McCafé X Oreo menu boasts items like the pictured Oreoccino, which comes in both hot and cold options. This twist on a coffee classic, is topped off with area crumbs and cookie on the side—your Insta feed is begging for this goodness.

In addition to these iced and hot options, those native to Hong Kong (or just passing through) can get their hands on items like Oreo Tiramisu and Tiramisu Latte, and a Oreo Cheese Tart— Holy yum. Coffee and Oreos, I know this has to be hit, and I haven’t even been lucky enough to get my hands on it.

So, if you’re lucky enough to be close to this MVP of Mickey D’s menus, don’t let this opportunity pass you by. With the recent regional tests McDonald’s has been releasing like the new Chicken McGriddle and The Funfetti Pie, we have high hopes that this pro lineup will make it’s way to the USA.

Lover of food (especially a good Açaí bowl), cold brews and creating.
