This Christmas Chex Mix Is So Good It Should Be Illegal

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Denison chapter.

If you’re like me, you’re a stress eater. And this time of year is always stressful. Between finals, the nippy weather, and the stress of indulging in Christmas activities with only one month to do so, everyone is in a mood.

But don’t worry, Chex Mix Christmas Crack is heavenly. I’m not a baker whatsoever but making Christmas Crack is so easy and timeless that I’m a “crack” addict during the month of December. So, relieve your stress and indulge in some of this dessert (and it’s Christmas-themed, of course).

Instructions

  1. Mia Catillo

Compile all of the dry ingredients into two bowls. Make sure you mix them around and that all the condiments are evenly spread out.

  2. Mia Catillo

Pour the bags of white chocolate chips into a microwavable tupperware.

  3. Mia Catillo

Microwave for 3 minutes. Halfway through, take out to stir and make sure the chips are melting.

  4. Mia Catillo

Spread the dry condiments onto a cookie sheet. Again, make sure everything is evenly spread out.

  5. Mia Catillo

Drizzle the melted white chocolate onto the mix and make sure it is spread evenly.

  6. Mia Catillo

Stir the chocolate around with a spoon, knife, etc. Make sure it looks like there is a faint white coating over the mix.

  7. Enjoy!
