Every Thanksgiving, my mother made her mother’s famous almond pumpkin bread. From the aroma and the exquisite taste of this mouthwatering treat, I always gobble it down in one bite. This bread can be devoured during lunch or breakfast, as a dessert and even a snack, and is enjoyed by every one in my family.
Grandma’s Almond Pumpkin Bread

 - Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. 
 - Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until fully combined. 
 - Stir well to ensure there aren’t any clumps. 
 - Grease or spray medium loaf pan and pour the batter in. 
 - Bake for 75 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly. 
 - Remove and let cool for an hour before removing from the pan. 
 - Optional: Add your favorite jams or jellies. Enjoy!
