Thai Peanut Mango Turkey Burgers

Mix together peanut butter, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the peanut sauce.
Chop up the green onions and mango, then combine in a bowl with the peanut sauce made in the first step.
Add in ground turkey and oats, and mix all ingredients.
Gently shape the mixture into patties. About 3/4-inch thick.
Place burgers onto a medium heat barbecue, and cook each side approximately 8 minutes.
