3-Ingredient Gluten-Free & Vegan Pizza Crust

    Add quinoa and water into a covered bowl, let it soak for 6 hours.

  2. Pour mixture into a blender, and add in olive oil and any desired spices (basil and thyme are great options).

  3. Blend on high until mixture is a smooth batter.

    Pour batter onto pan with parchment paper into small circles. Smooth batter with a spoon, making crusts about 1 cm thick.

  5. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then flip crusts and bake for another 15 minutes.

    Add desired toppings. One of my favourites (as pictured): prosciutto, grilled pear, caramelized onions, balsamic reduction, goat cheese, arugula.
