How to Make a Spicy AF Breakfast Quesadilla

Non-traditional breakfasts are rising in popularity across the world. Hop on the bandwagon and turn your boring egg and toast breakfast into an explosion of flavor. The spicy jalapeños and hot sauce in this quesadilla will give you the kick you need to start the day off right.

Spicy Breakfast Quesadilla

  1. 1 whisk egg

    Whisk 1 egg and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

  2. 2 scramble egg

    Scramble! Make sure to keep that spatula moving for spectacular scrambled eggs.

  3. 3 1 tortilla

    Heat up tortilla press and first put down 1 large flour tortilla.

  4. 4 cheese

    Sprinkle on as much cheese as your heart desires.

  5. 5 egg

    Add that scrambled egg.

  6. 6 corn

    Add a half cup of corn.

  7. 7 cojita

    More cheese! Add a half cup of cojita cheese.

  8. 8 avocado

    Chop up an avocado and add it to the tortilla. Drizzle (or pour) on a half cup of salsa.

  9. 10 jalapenos

    How many jalapenos can you handle?

  10. 11 hot sauce

    Add as much hot sauce as your tastebuds can take.

  11. 13 done

    Ready to eat.
