How to Make Italian Bolognese From Scratch

Farmers Market Italian Bolognese

    Chop onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat and sauteé vegetables for 4 minutes.

    Add diced pancetta and ground beef to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until brown then stir meat and veggies together. Pour wine into pan and let cook until evaporated.

    Add tomato sauce and cook over medium-low heat for 1 hour.

    Boil water and add pinch of salt and olive oil. Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add cream to the sauce then let it cook for 10 minutes.

    Put pasta in the sauce and cook together. Place on a plate and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
