Homemade salted caramel sauce should be a kitchen staple. It is the perfect indulgence and a more refined sugar, but not in the over-processed way. As far as I’m concerned, this is definitely a technique worth mastering so you can keep this sophisticated sweet on hand next time a sugar craving strikes.
