Holiday Detox Smoothie

We all love to eat to our hearts’ content over the holidays, and why shouldn’t we? A kitchen full of delicious food is more than enough reason to indulge, but the fact that it’s a holiday puts the cherry on top. The only thing holding you back is the thought of that terrible post-feast food coma.

This Holiday Detox Smoothie will clear out that second day bloat in no time. Incredibly delicious and packed with dietary fiber, this drink will be your new go-to for a healthy January.

Easy

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled
1 small red apple, cored and sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 handful of spinach, washed
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

1. Place ingredients into a blender and liquify.

2. Enjoy!
