How to Make a Watermelon Margarita

Hosting a pregame? Watermelon margaritas are the perfect way to celebrate post-prelim and forget that somehow, Ithaca is still icy. A perfect balance of sweet, sour and salty, this craft cocktail a great way to start the night. All you have to do is gather ingredients, blend, serve and sip.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:
1/2 small watermelon
3 shots of tequila
Juice of one lime + an additional lime to garnish
1 handful of ice
Salt for rims of the glasses
Optional: If you happen to have mint, add a few sprigs to make your cocktails even more balanced and aromatic

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Rim a glass with salt
3. Serve & enjoy!
