Ahh, the avocado. Coined as “superfoods” by many doctors and nutritionists, avocados are filled with healthy fats that can prevent many diseases like heart disease and cancer.  They can stabilize blood sugar levels by slowing digestion and also contain double the amount of potassium as a banana. Now that sounds like a superfood to me.

So, here’s how to use this amazing fruit to create some seriously delicious desserts. (Because who wouldn’t want an avocado for dessert…)
