Gluten Free Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).

    In a medium bowl, place almond butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and salt.

    Stir until fully combined.

    Spoon out 1 tablespoon scoops of dough onto baking sheet, leaving plenty of room in between each cookie. Add chocolate chips.
