Minor confession, I am a matcha addict. Because it’s an antioxidant, metabolism booster, and bad breath reducer, there’s just so much to love about it. Matcha is proven to increase energy and brain activity while reducing stress and being one of the most delicious foods out there.

If you’re like me and are approaching an intervention level of love for the green stuff, then you’re always on the hunt for more ways it can be consumed. While we wait for the day it becomes socially acceptable to eat it with a spoon, here’s a summery way to get your fix and we promise it’s healthier than your typical green tea frappuccino.
