For all of these recipes, you need all of the classic Thanksgiving leftovers. You need leftover stuffing, turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce. I prefer the canned cranberry sauce myself, but if you want to use fresh that works just as well.
Thanksgiving Leftovers Frittata

Heat your waffle maker to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Crack the eggs into a small bowl and add the milk.
Whisk the egg and milk mixture until combined.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Slowly pour the mixture into a heated waffle maker.
After 5 minutes have passed, remove the frittata from the waffle maker.
Serve up your frittata with gravy or sriracha if you want to add additional spice.
Thanksgiving Leftovers Grilled Cheese

Heat your waffle maker to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle cheese onto one piece of bread.
Place the turkey slices on the other piece of bread and place the cranberry sauce on top of the cheese.
Assemble the sandwich and place it into the heated waffle maker.
After 5 minutes, remove the sandwich from the waffle maker.
Serve the sandwich with a side of gravy for dipping.
Open-Faced Stuffing Waffle “Sandwich”

Compact the stuffing slightly, then place it into the waffle maker.
