This Easy Fall Oatmeal Recipe is the Perfect Start to Your Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

Fall is finally here, and people are celebrating! From going apple picking to wearing cozy sweaters, people commemorate the change in weather in many different ways. I like to do it with food. Adding spices like cinnamon and nutmeg to my recipes adds an much-needed element of fall to my diet.

Starting the day with a warm bowl of oatmeal is a must, especially once the weather hits the low 60’s and the leaves start changing color. Oatmeal, however, isn’t always the most filling. This fall oatmeal recipe a quick and easy way to amp up your breakfast as the leaves change color and the temperature slowly drops.
