How to Make Salt and Vinegar Swiss Chard Chips

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

Kale may be America’s superfood sweetheart, but have you met Swiss chard?

Swiss chard is another cruciferous vegetable that deserves some love and attention. Like kale, it’s dense in nutrients but is lower in calories, fat, and higher in magnesium.

These Swiss chard chips are the perfect feel-good, guilt-free snack when you’re craving something salty.  Easy to make, simply ingredients and suitable for most diets (paleo, gluten free, etc…)
