Summer might almost be over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t keep drinking lemonade all year round to remind us of sunnier days. Now that we’re all going back to school, it’s time to have a little fun with our usual lemonade by adding blackberries or even better, spiking it with vodka. It’s the ideal drink to stay classy during those back to school darties and keep the summer going year round.

Roasted Peach Lemonade

  1. Roast Peach

    Sprinkle peach halves with sugar. Roast peach halves 400°F for 25 minutes.

    Take skin off peach halves. Blend for 3 minutes.

  3. add lemonade and blend

    Add 1 cup lemonade and blend again for 2 minutes.

  4. garnish peach

    Pour into a glass and top off with another cup of lemonade. Garnish with a peach slice.
