10-Minute Rice Krispies Donut Bark

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

I am completely in love with the donut craze that’s happening right now. When I was a kid, I would always look to see if Krispy Kreme’s hot light was on while driving by. I even took my elementary school report card in to get free donuts for every A I had earned (yes, I exploited my good grades for free donuts at the young age of 7).

With this said, I’m always on the search to add donuts to my diet. I stumbled upon this recipe and honestly gawked at how glorious it was. Donuts + chocolate + Rice Krispies = a match made in heaven.

While growing up in the kitchen alongside her mom, Dorothy learned how to twist a pretzel perfectly before she even learned how to tie her shoes. She absolutely loves dark chocolate, especially Cadbury's Bournville bar. And she often enjoys long walks down the Trader Joe's frozen aisle looking at the different cookies and chocolates.
