If you’re anything like me you are extremely tired of your college’s dining hall food. I have been searching for low-cost ways of avoiding the dining hall for a healthy breakfast, an indulgent lunch, and a delicious dinner, and I have finally found the answer: meals in a mug. There are many different microwavable meals to choose from, these just happen to be my personal favorites.

Remove the mug from the microwave, sprinkle some of the cheese on top and let it sit for 1 minute, then dig in!
Lunch: Mac N’ Cheese in a Mug

Put the elbow pasta and water in the mug
Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes
Layer shredded cheese in the cup so it is evenly spread amongst the pasta, then put mug into the microwave and cook for another minute
Take the mug out and let it sit for a minute before enjoying
