2-Ingredient Watermelon and Lime Ice Pops

For those of us in the Northern hemisphere, midsummer continues to bring the heat. Ice pops are a perfect snack for warm summer days and are so simple to make. An ice cube tray is something that can be found in almost every student’s freezer so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be making this. Using just watermelon and limes, you’ve got yourself the ultimate refreshing and healthy summer indulgence.

Watermelon Lime Ice Pops

    Cut watermelon into pieces.

    Juice the limes.

    Put watermelon pieces and lime juice into a blender or food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds until all the chunks are gone.

    Pour mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for about 45 minutes.

    Take out of freezer and put a cake pop stick into each ice cube mold. Put tray back in freezer for another seven hours or until frozen solid.
