Beat together the 1/3 cup unsalted butter and 1/3 cup sugar until well combined and fluffy. Beat in the two eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl mix the yeast with 1/2 cup warm water together. Combine yeast/water mixture into the dough.

Slowly add in the flour until the dough has formed and is no longer sticking to the bowl or your hands. Place the dough in a well-oiled bowl, tightly cover with plastic wrap, and place near a warm area for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

While waiting for the dough to rise, use royal icing to create the Ghostbusters icon. Let icing harden for 1 hour.

Once the dough has risen, roll out dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Using a circle cutter, cut out circles and place them on a baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with a dry towel and let rise again for another hour.

In a large pot, put in canola oil until about 2-3 inches high in the pot and heat until the temperature reaches 350°F. Carefully drop in the pieces of dough in oil and fry for 1 minute, on each side. Remove the doughnuts from the oil and place them on a plate covered with paper towels to drain some of the oil. Let the doughnuts cool completely.

Beat 1/4 cup unsalted butter and slowly add in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar until well combined. Add in 1 cup marshmallow fluff, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add green die until “slime” colored.

Once the doughnuts have cooled off, use a sharp pastry tip to poke a hole in the side of each doughnut and fill with the marshmallow cream.

Place the semisweet white chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat the 1/2 cup heavy cream in the microwave until bubbling. Pour the warm heavy cream over the chocolate chips and whisk until creamy and smooth. Dip the tops of each doughnut into the ganache and let the excess drip off.
