I don’t know about you, but I always like to bring a little gift or treat to a party. However, living in a college dorm, I don’t always have the time to make a batch of brownies. This easy peanut brittle recipe is perfect for those times you need whip but a quick treat. Make the brittle and let cool as you get ready for the party.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

    Mix together sugar and light corn syrup. Microwave for 5 minutes.

    Add butter, vanilla, and peanuts to the sugar syrup mixture. Microwave for another 1 minute.

    Add baking soda and immediately spread mixture onto parchment paper. Cool for 1 hour.
