Combine Your Two Favorite Desserts With These Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Cheesecake and Oreo met, made love and created beautiful Oreo cheesecake bites. These bites are perfect for the summer and an easy last-minute party treat. While regular Oreos make an amazing bite, these treats can be made with different Oreo flavors like Red Velvet, Cinnamon Bun, or S’mores.

    Remove cream from Oreos and save cream for later. In a Ziploc bag, smash Oreos with a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine half of the Oreos, melted butter, sugar, salt, ¼ cup of powdered sugar, and stir until the mixture is like wet sand.

    Press down Oreo mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure there is an even layer. Freeze for 15 minutes.

    While freezing, combine your vanilla extract, extra crushed Oreos, cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and stir until smooth.

    Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker mixture in the baking sheet. Freeze for 2 hours.

    Take the baking sheet out of the freezer, and remove the cheesecake with the parchment paper. Cut into strips horizontally and then vertically, making cheesecake squares.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips for 2-3 minutes, making sure to stop and check every 20-30 seconds.

    Dip each cheesecake square into the chocolate with a fork, and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, until the chocolate has hardened. Top bites with melted Oreo cream and Oreo crumbs. Enjoy!
