Moscow mules are incredibly refreshing and are some of my favorite cocktails. Despite the common misconception, they are actually pretty easy to make. Here are my favorite Moscow mule recipes to make over the summer that use fresh fruit and the classic ginger beer. Perfect to cool you down in the summer heat!
Blueberry Cucumber Moscow Mule

Drop the blueberries and cucumber slices into a shaker. Use a muddler to squeeze the juices from the cucumbers and blueberries.
After you squeeze out all of the juices, pour in the shot of vodka, the ginger beer, and ice.
Shake it up.
Pour and enjoy!
Watermelon Moscow Mule

Put the cubed watermelon into the shaker and then use the muddler to squeeze out the juices. Then pour into your cup.
Add the vodka, ginger beer, and ice into the cup with the watermelon and stir.
Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a mint leaf and enjoy!
Apple Spice Moscow Mule

Put the apple cider, ginger beer, vodka, and ice into the shaker and shake.
Pour into your cup, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
Crushed Cherries Moscow Mule

Instructions
Drop the cherries into the shaker and use the muddler to squish the cherries.
Pout the cherry juice into your cup.
Add the vodka, the ginger beer, the lime juice, and the ice. Enjoy!
