Avocado Salad with Pumpkin Seeds and Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
Instructions
Cut up avocado into halves, use a SPOON! Don’t hurt yourself. Cut tomatoes, plop cottage cheese wherever, and sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper, and pumpkin seeds lastly.
Cottage cheese is considered a fresh cheese, so it does not undergo an aging or ripening process to develop flavor. As a result, its mild flavor goes well with anything. It especially goes great with avocado, but be careful when cutting, don’t get avocado hands. All of these recipes are healthy and high in nutritional value, something we need in our everyday lives, be sure to include at least one healthy meal in your diet everyday.
