While M&M's have been a staple in all of our lives, that brief period where we didn’t have those iconic commercials made me realize I haven’t had M&M's in a while. As a kid growing up, my go-to candy was M&M’s. I used to get my tongue stuck in the little M&M tubes the mini ones came in. So, obviously, I had to rank my favorite M&M flavors from worst to best.
11. Peanut M&Ms
Different from the Peanut Butter M&M’s, these have a great flavor but the amount of crunch in the M&M are not for me.
10. Almond M&Ms
I have mixed feelings about the Almond M&M’s because I eat chocolate covered almonds, but the Almond M&M’s after a while only taste like Almonds — eh.
9. Caramel M&Ms
While I love chocolate and caramel together, the Caramel M&M’s are super sticky and get stuck to my teeth whenever I try to chew them, so I’m not a super huge fan of that.
8. Peanut Butter M&Ms
I love a good smooth chocolate-peanut butter blend, but for me, the Peanut Butter M&M’s do not take the top spot for me. I love other peanut butter chocolate candies, but something about the chocolate and peanut butter isn’t the same to me. Maybe it’s because of the shell or maybe it’s not enough peanut butter for me.
7. Dark Chocolate Peanut M&M's
Okay I know I said that regular peanut M&M’s are at the bottom of my list but the dark chocolate and the crunch from the Dark Chocolate Peanut M&M go really well together, so it makes sense.
6. Fudge Brownie M&M's
Fudge brownies are one of my favorite sweets, but I have mixed feelings about it being an M&M flavor. Maybe it was a bad bite, but the texture difference in the M&M threw me off a little bit.
5. Dark Chocolate Mint M&M's
I love minty M&M’s — they remind me of the holidays. But I only really crave them around that time of year.
4. Dark Chocolate M&M's
I am a dark chocolate girly. It’s my favorite type of chocolate to snack on, but if I had one thing to bring to the desert it would be a whole bag of dark chocolate M&M’s.
3. Pretzel M&M's
I love the crunch in the pretzel M&M’s. The sweet and salty mixture is one of my favorite takes on a chocolate-covered pretzel and one of my favorite flavors of M&M.
2. Milk Chocolate M&M's
You might be thinking why is this the second favorite M&M flavor? It's just milk chocolate. The milk chocolate M&M is one we all know and love, so of course it’s going to be my second favorite M&M flavor. It elicits a wonderful feeling of nostalgia that can only be beat by one flavor.
1. Mini M&M's
If I had a dollar for every time I had one of these M&M tubes as a kid, I would be rich. The Mini M&M’s might not be an actual flavor but they most definitely take the cake as my favorite M&M. Who doesn’t love eating the tiny M&M’s all at once? I, for one, will eat these until they get discontinued or my stomach is full of the tiny little chocolate shells.
