When I roll out of bed on the weekends, I want to make something quick and easy. At the same time, I've been eating scrambled eggs all my life and wanted to try something new.
So, when my boyfriend suggested we steam the eggs Korean-style, I went for it and was rewarded with light, fluffy eggs! Inspired by Maangchi and my boyfriend's recipe, these eggs are made with just three to four ingredients that you can find lying around in your kitchen.
