Garlic Parmesan French Toast

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
  • 6 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan

Step 1

Heat large non-stick frying pan on medium heat and whisk eggs and milk together in large bowl.

Mix in basil, garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan.

Soak slice for 45 seconds and transfer to frying pan.

Step 4

Fry for 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat and repeat for remaining slices. Serve immediately.
