1. The Traditional Vegetable Wrap
Many meat eaters tend to stay away from vegetarian dishes, but give this one a try! If nothing else, your mom will be proud.

Ingredients:
1 medium spinach wrap
2 tablespoons plain hummus
¼ cup spinach
2 tablespoons shredded carrots
½ avocado
¼ red pepper

Directions:
1. Cut the avocado and red pepper into thin slices.
2. Cover the spinach wrap with hummus, carrots, avocado, peppers and spinach.
3. Season wrap with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the wrap and enjoy cold.
2. The Pepperoni Pizza Wrap
Pizza will probably last as the college student’s favorite food, but delivery isn’t always time efficient. If it’s too early to run to Canyon, grab these ingredients and let your microwave do the work.

Ingredients:
1 medium flour tortilla wrap
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 stick light string cheese
6 slices pepperoni
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Place the wrap on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Pull apart the string cheese into even pieces.
3. Spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla, followed by the cheese and pepperoni slices.
4. Season the pizza as desired before wrapping it like a burrito.
5. Microwave for 30 seconds while monitoring it.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
3. The Protein Quesadilla
Plain quesadillas are simple to make, but adding more protein greatly improves this meal’s nutritional value.

2 large corn tortilla wraps
⅛ cup shredded mixed cheese
3 tablespoons black beans (rinsed)
3 tablespoons corn

Directions:
1. Heat a greased non-stick stovetop pan.
2. Place one tortilla on pan.
3. Cover the wrap with cheese, beans and corn.
4. Add red pepper flakes and other seasonings as favored.
5. Cover with the remaining tortilla and cook until cheese has melted.
6. Place the tortilla on a plate and top with salsa and sour cream.
4. The Apple Tuna Wrap
I was never a big tuna fan until I tried it with apples and mayo. There’s nothing like a good surprise.

1 large whole wheat wrap
½ can chunky light tuna
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
½ apple

1. Cut the apple into small squares.
2. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, apple and garlic salt in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixture on the wrap, add romaine lettuce and roll it up.
4. Heat wrap in your toaster oven or enjoy it cold.
5. The Midnight Cravings Wrap
While you might not want to tell your mother about this one, you’ll have more friends in no time!

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
⅛ cup semisweet chocolate chips
⅛ cup mini marshmallows
¼ banana

2. Place the tortilla on a foil-covered sheet.
3. Cut the banana into thin slices.
4. Cover the tortilla with the peanut butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows and bananas.
5. Bake for 5 minutes or until heated. Grab napkins and eat up!
