This delicious rainbow veggie flatbread pizza is the sneakiest way to eat vegetables without losing the yummy, gooey, and cheesy pizza taste. After all, a colorful plate means loads of vitamins, nutrients and deliciousness!

Rainbow Veggie Flatbread

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread out pizza dough on baking sheet.

    Spread pizza sauce onto pizza dough.

  3. Alexis Clark

    Sprinkle cheese onto pizza.

  4. Bake pizza at 400°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is just golden brown.

    Cut vegetables of your choice. I used tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, broccolini, and red onion.

    Arrange vegetables on pizza then drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.

  7. Bake at 400°F for 7 minutes.
