Lemon Basil Ramen Stir-Fry with Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
Instructions
Slice Brussels sprouts and tomatoes and toss them into a pan coated with olive oil. Add seasoning.
Add in arugula/spinach mix once Brussels sprouts start to soften.
Make ramen according to package directions and strain. Add noodles to veggies.
Once Brussels sprouts are slightly charred, add in feta cheese and mix lightly.
