Apples and Peanut Butter's Ultimate Glow Up: Reese's Apple Pops

Who doesn't like apples and peanut butter? Honey, you've got to try these Reese's Apple Pops. They combine your favorite snack into a portable treat. Plus, they're "healthier" than regular Reese's with all the taste, so let us rejoice.

Reese's Apple Pops

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Step 1

In a small pot, add butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter. On medium heat, melt until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Reduce heat to low, and add in 1/2 of confectioner's sugar to PB mix. Stir until well combined. Add in rest and fold until well combined. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Step 3

Slice Granny Smith Apples into about 1/2 inch slices. Poke out the seeds and stick in a popsicle stick.

Step 4

In a shallow bowl, add in chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments for 2 minutes, stirring.

Step 5

Apply cooled PB spread to apples, and dunk in chocolate. Set on a waxed tray and allow to cool in the fridge (15 minutes) or freezer (10 minutes). Enjoy!
